Louvre window blades and protruding window parts are not a problem when you have our magnetic insect screen with frame. Added height from the aluminium frame provides ample space for the louvre blades to move freely. 20 x 20 mesh keeps out lizards, tiny insects and even dust and dirt.
The magnetic insect screen with frame is constructed with quality materials and fully waterproof. Ideal for HDB toilet louvre windows. Also suitable for sliding windows.

Nano-coated Polypropylene (PP) Mesh
Woven with Lindauer DORNIER air-jet weaving machines using warp and weft adhesion to prevent warping and shrinkage. Has high impact resistance, high tensile strength and outstanding durability. Nano coating provides a UV- and corrosion-resistant protective layer that repels water, dust and dirt for easy cleaning.
3M™ VHB™ Tape
3M™ VHB™ tape’s exceptional holding power and long-lasting adhesion improves the insect screen’s performance longevity and durability. It is also chemical-, UV- and solvent-resistant.
Heavy Duty Foam Tape
Offers high bonding strength, moisture resistance and has anti-vibration and thermal insulating properties. Heavy duty foam tape also has many advantages over mechanical fasteners and liquid adhesives.
Ridged Screen Clips
Ridged screen clips keep our insect screens securely in place even when there are strong winds.
Aluminium Frame
Our aluminium frame is strong yet lightweight, corrosion-resistant and extremely long-lasting.
PVC Strips In Multiple Colours
Our PVC strips come in 7 colours – white, black, brown, light grey, medium grey, dark grey and green – to seamlessly blend in with your home decor.
Foldable Handles
Foldable handles at the bottom corners allow for easy opening and closing of the magnetic insect screen.
How It Works
- Heavy duty foam tape is used to affix the aluminium frame to your window frame.
- 3M™ VHB™ adhesive tape is used to stick a set of magnetic strips to the aluminium frame.
- Our insect screen, which comes with its own set of magnetic strips, is then sealed magnetically to the aluminium frame.
- Silicone sealant is applied around the aluminium frame to further secure it in place.
- To open/close your window, simply lift up a corner of the screen using our foldable corner handle.
All our aluminium frames and insect screens are made to measure. Installation does not require screws or drilling of existing frames or walls.

Does AmazingSeal provide warranty for the magnetic insect screens?
Yes, our insect screens come with a 2-year warranty for the magnetic strips and adhesive.
Examples of issues covered under warranty:
1. The magnetic strips have lost their magnetism
2. The PVC strips no longer adhere to the magnetic strips
Is the magnetic insect screen pet-proof/cat-proof/dog-proof?
No, our magnetic insect screen is not pet-proof and is not meant to be used as a pet screen. Pet screens typically use a much thicker mesh material so as to withstand the scratching and damage that may be caused by cats or dogs.
Is there a showroom that I can visit to look at the insect screen products?
We do not have a showroom for our insect screen products. If you would like to view our products in person, please contact us for a free, non-obligatory onsite consultation. We will conduct a product demonstration for you during the consultation.
Please note that our workshop in Jalan Pemimpin is not open to the public.
Are there additional fees payable for installation?
No, our prices are all-inclusive and includes installation. We also do not charge GST.
Is there a minimum order amount?
